Sizes
Please check the size table for detailed measurements before making a purchase, all the products in your description indicate whether they run big or small, please read carefully. We do not accept returns or exchanges .
Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less
Do all items in orders always ship together?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

All prices (up to shipping costs) are in US dollars.

Return Policy
Damage and Claims
Any claim for articles, printed, defective, due, must be via email hello@arislove.com placing the title of the email "DAMAGED MERCHANDISE" and explain the situation. You must contact ArisLove within 24 hours after receiving the package to report damages.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
